What did you like about the retreat?

What the kids mentioned they liked best about the youth retreat last weekend: the hike, the campfire, the campfire, everything, the campfire, walking, everything, the campfire, cooking, the campfire, singing, everything, singing, the campfire. Do you see a pattern here? What did they learn? —”It's easy to connect with God when it's quiet and all you hear is the sounds of nature. —”Down here there are distractions, but up in the mountains I could just sit back and look and listen to the wonders of creation. —”I felt God was there, all around me. I could live in the moment. —”I learned about God's creation. —”I learned that God rides on the wind! —”We're all one family, and at the campfire we all swayed together when we sang. —”Everything is unique. —”Without God, there isn't anything. —”God takes care of everything, even in extreme weather, it's still alive. —”I learned about God at the devotional time. Vicki and I answered the questions, too. We both liked the singing. I learned that the best-laid plans can go scampering off when confronted by reality. Vicki said she learned girls really can talk all night!

	this retreat was very fun i learned alot about god we need to do it again and yes we can talk all night
