Youth group

Sandwiches, cookies, and cake … oh, my!

Tomorrow is the youth group retreat in Fairplay! So this evening the youth group made 45 sandwiches (for lunch), oodles of chocolate chip cookies (some from balls of dough as big as your fist!), and two "wacky cakes." Vicki and I shopped at Costco and the local grocery store, and we are ready to eat and enjoy! We're also ready to read in our Bibles and learn more about the Lord. Which will be easier (in spite of predicted snow) when we are out in His glorious mountains, running through the aspen trees. We'll be studying prayer, confession, and the wonders of creation while we're out. What fun ... what a blessing ... pray for us, please!
