I’ll show her! Dolphin here: Elsi thinks she's so smart—well! Hmph! I'm showing her!
Before we left yesterday, Elsi kidnapped me and turned me over to the torturers (she calls them "the vet"). They did their usual vicious job of trimming down my beautiful claws, but then ... oh, the shame, the ignomy! they stabbed me! Twice! (Elsi said something about rabies and distemper—it put me in a temper, I'm sure of that!) I snarled at her the whole way home, and hid in my hideout when we got to the house.
And she came in there, grabbed me again, and lugged me out to our little house (Elsi calls it an RV). I stayed behind the sofa all day long and refused to come out. I didn't eat supper, and I didn't come to bed (well, not till it got so cold that I felt justified in taking some of her warmth for my own comfort). And I'm not eating breakfast today either. I'll show her she can't treat me that way! HMPH!
